This website demonstrates ilee. It does not capture your screen, access other apps, or create a personal memory about you.

When you contact us

We collect your name, email address, platform preference, interest in ilee, and your permission to contact you. These details are used to respond to your message. Previously collected Windows waitlist details are retained for the availability notification you requested. Submitting the same email again does not create a second request.

Where the information goes

Your request is saved in the website operator's server database and queued for an email notification to the ilee team. The configured email provider processes your request details to deliver that notification. They are not sent to an AI model. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions and expires after an hour.

Website analytics

This site loads Google Analytics automatically to measure visits, page views, and enabled site interactions. Google may set analytics cookies and receive information about your visit. Automatic form-interaction tracking is disabled, and contact form contents are not sent to Analytics.

Google Ads conversion measurement records clicks on Mac download buttons to help us understand which ads lead to download starts. Google may use advertising cookies and ad-click identifiers to attribute these events. A download click is not proof of an installation or sign-up. We do not enable enhanced conversions or send contact-form contents, app memories, or screen content to Google Ads. Ad-personalization signals are disabled in our website tag configuration.

Windows download buttons open ilee's Microsoft Store listing. Analytics records a separate Store-visit event, not a completed download or installation. Microsoft processes your visit and installation under its own privacy policy. Windows installs and acquisitions can be reported to us in Microsoft Partner Center; our Mac download counter does not measure them.

Download statistics

Mac installer redirects and Windows Microsoft Store opens are counted separately, not as completed installs. A random browser cookie estimates repeat requests, not unique people. We record the reported device platform, button used, app version where known, referring website hostname, approximate country and city, and an allowlisted traffic source such as Reddit or Google. Only that source label is kept in session storage while you browse; no raw click IDs or arbitrary campaign text are stored in this database. Location is looked up locally on our server; the statistics database does not store your IP address, email, full browser user agent, or referring page URL. Detailed anonymous records and the cookie expire after 90 days; aggregate daily counts remain. Known bots and marked test requests are reported separately. These are download starts, not proof of a completed download, installation, or a unique person. VPNs and cleared cookies can affect the estimates. Country lookup uses IP Geolocation by DB-IP; city is recorded only when a city-level database is configured.

Your choices

Contacting us is optional. You can ask us to remove your message by replying to our correspondence. The contact form does not collect payment details.

The ilee app

ilee is available for Mac and Windows. On Mac, Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions let her understand your active window and carry out actions you approve. On Windows, she uses Windows screen-capture and UI Automation services for those features. When signed in, proactive help is enabled by default. Before a model request, ilee checks visible text locally for your blocked terms and secure fields. Matching content is discarded, and ilee covers her eyes until the screen is clear. You can pause analysis using ilee's controls (or Command+Shift+H on Mac). You can disable proactive help in Settings. The website examples are illustrative and do not perform real computer actions. These checks reduce accidental exposure, but cannot identify every sensitive detail; pause ilee before viewing information you do not want processed.

What reaches the model

When analysis is allowed, the active-window screenshot, extracted visible text, and relevant retrieved memory can be sent through ilee's Cloudflare service to OpenAI for inference. Chat and confirmed actions can send the context needed for your request. ilee does not record raw keystrokes. We do not save screen images, prompts, or model answers in the billing database; OpenAI requests ask the provider not to store responses. The service does keep account identifiers and metered usage needed to operate your plan.

Memory and reminders

ilee stores encrypted memory and reminders locally on your device. Short-lived screen evidence is normally retained for 14 days; useful facts may be consolidated into lasting knowledge until you clear them. You can change evidence retention, turn off long-term memory, or erase memory in Settings. Scheduled reminders run on your device, so a computer that is asleep or off cannot deliver a reminder at that moment.

Support requests

The support form stores your name, email address, subject, and message on our hosting server so we can respond and resolve your request. These submissions are separate from your local ilee memory. Please do not submit credentials or sensitive exports. Contact danish@ilee.ai to request deletion of a support submission.

Accounts and billing

Google and Supabase process sign-in. Paddle processes checkout and billing; ilee stores the customer, subscription, plan, and usage identifiers needed to manage access, not card numbers. You can sign out or delete your account in the app. On deletion, you can also choose to erase that account's local memory on this device. Email danish@ilee.ai for privacy help.

Basic app diagnostics

Consumer builds can send basic events such as app start, sign-in outcome, permission readiness and first feature use, with random installation/session identifiers, app version, operating system and architecture. The service adds approximate country and retains these records for 30 days. No account email, chat, screenshot, memory, raw error or captured text is included. You can turn off Basic diagnostics in Settings. A small, rotating local log records these events and numeric delivery statuses for troubleshooting. Delivery is best-effort; missing events do not prove that an install failed. These app diagnostics are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
