These terms govern the ilee Mac app and ilee.ai. The seller and service operator is ilee. Contact danysarwar@gmail.com with a question about the service or these terms.

Access and accounts

ilee is built for Apple Silicon Macs. You need a Google sign-in and macOS permissions for the features you choose to use. Keep your account secure and do not share it or use the service to harm others.

What ilee does

When enabled, ilee can inspect the active window, suggest writing, remember useful context on your Mac, create reminders, and propose computer or browser actions. AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Review suggestions before relying on them. An external action requires your Apply confirmation; you remain responsible for what you authorize and send.

Plans and limits

The Free trial is a one-time, non-renewing introductory allowance. Pro is $20 per month, with an early-bird first month of $9.99 for eligible new subscribers; subsequent months are $20. Ultra is $30 per month. Plan usage limits apply; unused allowance does not roll over, and features can pause at the limit. See the pricing page for current plans.

Payments and cancellation

Paddle handles checkout, payments, taxes, and buyer support as merchant of record. A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel through your ilee account or Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period; deleting your account can end access immediately. The price and renewal terms are shown again at checkout.

Refunds

See our refund information and Paddle's buyer refund policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Privacy and availability

Read the privacy page for screen processing, local memory, retention, and deletion. ilee is an evolving service; features and availability may change. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse. We will not intentionally erase your local Mac memory as part of a server-side plan change.

Account deletion

Settings lets you delete your account and choose whether to erase that account's local memory on this Mac. Deletion stops cloud assistance and cancels an active subscription before removing the account. For help, email danysarwar@gmail.com.
